Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have 12 professional QC persons in our QC department. We have an advanced product inspection system, 100% inspection for each piece of product. QC will not pass the products if it can not pass all the tests. We also have 16 units of advanced testing machines including a water contact angle tester, smooth coefficient tester, and steel ball drop tester.
Quality Control Procedures
We 100% inspect coming materials and select the best materials to start mass production. We choose the defective products during each process in the production line. After finishing the products, we 100% inspect each piece and use the test machines to check the quality to select the best for loading goods.

Glass materials are imported from Japan.
